11. Free GEO Audit Tool Data Practices
The tool collects the website or brand name and country you enter. On the second step, it asks for your email and verifies access to that inbox with a one-time code. The verified email receives three free successful checks in a rolling 24-hour period. We store a hashed identifier for quota enforcement and hashed network identifiers for abuse prevention.
We use your email only to send the requested verification code and, after a successful check, a thank-you email with your permanent HTML report link. We will never send promotional emails to this address. Verification does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
The brand or website and selected country are sent to OpenAI to produce the answer. Your email is not sent to OpenAI. Amazon Simple Email Service delivers verification codes and result links. The model uses web search to check public information and includes source links. Its answer may still be inaccurate or incomplete.
Your verification session lasts up to 24 hours. Expired sessions and codes are removed by a scheduled maintenance process; expired codes may remain for up to one additional day for abuse prevention. The delivery address is removed from a completed report's delivery record after the result email has been sent. Failed deliveries remain queued for retry.
Saved reports have permanent links with no automatic expiration. They contain the submitted brand, country, model answer and check time, but do not display your email. Anyone with the link can view the report. Reports are marked noindex, which requests exclusion from search results and is not access control. Do not submit confidential information.
